How opt-in works
Montecello Flooring sends internal SMS alerts to the business owner and staff when a new quote request arrives, so customers get a fast response. The owner or staff member opts in by entering their mobile number and checking the consent box on this public page. Consent is entirely optional — no one is required to receive these texts — and separate from any email consent. Anyone receiving alerts can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by requesting removal here.
What is recorded as proof of consent
- The mobile number opted in
- The date and time of the opt-in
- The exact consent language displayed at the time of opt-in (shown below)
- The name of the owner or staff member, if provided, and the requester's IP address
