When you submit a quote request through our website, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, the service you need, your service area, approximate square footage, desired timeline, any photos you upload, and any notes you include.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your quote request, prepare your estimate, schedule and perform installation services, and communicate with you about your project. Uploaded photos are used only to assess your project and prepare an accurate estimate.
4. SMS / Text Messaging
Text messages sent from this system fall into two categories:
Internal business alerts. When a new quote request is submitted, our business owner and staff receive a text message alert so we can respond quickly. These alerts are internal only. SMS consent for these alerts is given on our public opt-in page athttps://montecellofloors.com/sms-consent: the business owner or staff member enters their mobile number and checks an optional, unchecked-by-default consent box. That page displays the full disclosures at the time of opt-in, including message frequency, message and data rates, and STOP/HELP keywords, with links to this Privacy Policy and our Terms & Conditions. Each opt-in is recorded as proof of consent with the mobile number, the date and time, the exact consent language shown, the staff member's name, and the requester's IP address. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by replying STOP to any message or by written request.
Customer communications. We may text you about your quote or project only if you have requested it or submitted your number through our quote form. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or by contacting us.
SMS opt-in data is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Your mobile number and consent record are used only to deliver the messages described above and are not sold, rented, or disclosed to any third party for marketing. Message and data rates may apply.
5. Data Security & Retention
Quote submissions are stored in a secured, access-controlled system and are visible only to Montecello Flooring staff. We retain your information only as long as needed to serve you and comply with legal obligations.
